1.) Administrative Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Summary


  • Our client is in search of an Administrative officer with great experience who will assist and perform clerical and administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, sorting mail and maintaining office supplies.
  • The ideal candidate will also support colleagues and assist to resolve issues and play an integral role in the daily operations and administrative functions of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries by mail, phone call, text message and on social media platforms
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them as necessary.
  • Create business proposals on behalf the company
  • Handling client membership plans and updating member records
  • Archive and retrieve records as needed.
  • Organizing filing systems for important and confidential company documents
  • Assist with coordinating internal and external meetings, events etc.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, in charge of office maintenance and upkeep.
  • Provide administrative assistance to employees and managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience.
  • Excellent time management, project organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in Ms Tools; word, excel, PowerPoint
  • Proactive and ready to take initiative.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.

2.) Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a dedicated, highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Managing Director in managing daily operations and ensuring efficient coordination.
  • As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support.
  • You will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the CEO calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects of the executive team.
  • Prioritize and manage conflicting demands, ensuring the Director's schedule is optimized for maximum productivity.
  • Send meeting reminders and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong lines of communication.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up with required equipment and supplies.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain a systematic and organized filing system, both physical and electronic, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs for the CEO business trips.
  • Monitor travel expenses and process expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, collate and distribute necessary documents, and record meeting minutes.
  • Act as a point of contact for the General Managing Director, efficiently handling inquiries and resolving issues where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, supporting high-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, if necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.

3.) Marketing Account Executive

Job Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Availability: Immediate

Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Account Executive. The Marketing Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining business relationships, acting as the middleman between the clients and the creative teams and providing analytical insights.
  • The role is located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact between the client and other departments
  • Leading the approval process of creative execution and modalities as advised by the client
  • Organising and coordinating all internal and external meetings
  • Ensuring client challenges & and opportunities are identified and treated promptly
  • Formulating and implementing effective creative brand marketing plans for clients alongside team
  • Generating contact reports, briefs and in-house job reviews.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in a creative/advertising/PR agency is a plus
  • Analytical skills to provide data-driven insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in client services and business relationship management
  • Strong client relations and customer satisfaction skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
