Qualifications
- A degree in relevant Legal discipline with minimum qualification of Second-class division.
- Must belong to relevant professional bodies with certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in representing a company in Court matters, preparing agreements relating to the company’s land/properties and business dealings, and also in Company Secretarial duties.
