Job Position: Loan Recovery Officer

Job Location: Ekiti

Job Duties

• Keep tracking outstanding debts
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
• Handle customers' questions or complaints
• Plan course of action to recover owed money
• Update account status and database regularly
• Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a ND / HND qualifications
• Must have 1-2 years of experience as Loan recovery officer
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Salary Expectation
N35,000 plus commission
