We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Procurement Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 


  • The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing goods and services, evaluating vendor performance, managing procurement processes, and to report to the Head, Corporate Services ensuring compliance with policies to achieve cost-efficiency, transparency, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities
Procurement Planning:

  • Develop procurement plans in line with budget and operational requirements.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, services, and equipment.

Vendor Sourcing and Evaluation:

  • Identify and prequalify new vendors.
  • Conduct vendor assessments, reference checks, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain a vendor database and onboarding documentation.

Tender and Bid Management:

  • Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
  • Analyze bids using evaluation criteria including cost, quality, warranty, and service.

Contract Management:

  • Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk teams for final approvals.

Cost and Spend Analysis:

  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and discounts with vendors.
  • Track procurement expenses and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly procurement and vendor performance reports.

Process Compliance and Automation:

  • Ensure adherence to bank’s procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and implement procurement automation tools.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract administration.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills.
  • Experience with procurement automation tools or ERP platforms.
  • Excellent documentation and report writing abilities.

2.) Administrative Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the bank. This includes overseeing office maintenance, logistics, facility management, asset tracking, and ensuring an efficient and organized working environment to support banking operations.

Responsibilities
Facility Management:

  • Coordinate repairs, cleaning, and maintenance of office buildings and equipment.
  • Liaise with property managers and utility service providers (e.g., power, water, sewage).
  • Ensure fire safety measures and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Asset and Inventory Management:

  • Maintain an up-to-date asset register.
  • Track the lifecycle of assets including assignment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Monitor usage of consumables (e.g., toner, stationery, cleaning items).

Administrative Support:

  • Manage internal logistics including meeting rooms, reception duties, and mail.
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries for staff and management.
  • Prepare periodic administrative reports for management review.

Staff Welfare and Office Coordination:

  • Monitor and maintain a clean, professional office environment.
  • Support welfare needs such as lunch room arrangements, sanitation, and utilities.

Vendor and Outsourcing Supervision:

  • Supervise outsourced service providers (cleaners, security guards, drivers).
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are escalated and resolved timely.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of procurement and asset management processes.
  • Knowledge of facility management and office operations.
  • Attention to detail.

3.) Learning & Development Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of TNA in collaboration with departments and align outcomes with training plans.
  • Source training vendors for approved trainings
  • Facilitate the design and delivery of training programs, including virtual and inperson sessions.
  • File training programs with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Communicate training schedules and details to nominated employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support the documentation of compliance-related training requirements.
  • Liaise with external vendors to source training programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Review and vet training presentations and materials to ensure relevance and quality. ? Support in the coordination of onboarding programmes
  • Assist in the development and effectively communicate a learning strategy for the organisation and provide an annual learning plan that supports this strategy.
  • Evaluate existing learning programs, make recommendations for change, and upon approval, implement these change

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in L&D (2 – 3 years).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management
