1.) Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary

- The position holder will be a dynamic, ethical, and strategic leader with deep experience in the financial services sector, strong knowledge of Nigeria’s housing finance ecosystem, and a proven track record of delivering value to stakeholders.
- The position holder is expected to work closely with the Board to shape and implement the bank’s long-term vision, sustain regulatory compliance, drive profitability, and expand the bank’s presence and impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the Bank in alignment with its mission, regulatory obligations, and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and execute growth-oriented strategies that promote sustainable profitability and operational efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regulators (e.g., CBN, NDIC), industry stakeholders, and investors.
- Ensure full compliance with all banking and mortgage-related regulations and standards.
- Lead a high-performing executive team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and ethical conduct.
- Oversee risk management, corporate governance, and internal control frameworks.
- Champion digital transformation and product innovation to enhance customer experience.
- Represent the Bank in high-level engagements and communicate its vision effectively to internal and external audiences.
- Provide leadership and guidance during crises or challenging situations, demonstrating resilience, agility, and effective decision-making to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study required.
- A relevant Master’s degree or professional certification is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in any reputable financial institution with proven track records of achievement, with at least 5 years at managerial position/s of a reputable financial institution.
- Deep understanding of the mortgage banking industry coupled with strategic thinking skills is vital.
- Strong analytical skills are essential for evaluating financial data and assessing the bank's risk exposure.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements governing mortgage banking is critical.
- The ability to make informed and timely decisions is paramount.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

2.) Chief Digital Transformation Officer

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy, IT leadership, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong background in digital transformation within financial services (preferably banking or fintech).
- Proven experience implementing enterprise-wide digital systems (e.g., core banking platforms, CRM, mobile/web applications).
- Excellent understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML tools, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital innovation and change management initiatives.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

3.) Head Internal Auditor

Job Responsibilities
- Own the design, implementation, documentation, assessment and monitoring internal control framework, including policies and key risks to ensure that the bank has adequate controls to prevent unintentional and intentional errors in financial reporting, processes and business operations.
- Formulate policies and procedures to improve internal controls, compliance and efficiency.
- Lead the process for internal controls reviews across the bank.
- Deliver adequate and timely reporting on the internal control framework and control deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to business partners, senior leadership and audit committee.
- Deliver adequate and timely action plans and monitor progress to address and resolve control deficiencies.
- Work collaboratively with business and process owners to implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective action.
- Actively seek standardisation and automation, apply and implement best practices for managing internal controls and deploy innovative technology where possible to enhance and continuously improve the design and operating effectiveness of the controls, documentation, assessment and review procedures.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields is required.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant professional Certification is an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial industry with at least 4 years of experience in leadership.
- Solid understanding and experience with internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to spot, assess and address risk, materiality and interdependence and translate it into impact analysis for financial reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Strong communication skills-presenting internal control and risk matters in an understandable way across various forums and levels of organisations with the right level of detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including sound presentational skills.
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

4.) Office Assistant

Summary
- As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- This role includes handling clerical duties, providing support to staff and visitors, maintaining office supplies, and performing errands as needed.
- The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of office spaces
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization
- Distribute mail, memos, and other correspondence to appropriate recipients
- Run errands such as picking up supplies, deliveries, or documents
- Monitor inventory and restock office and cleaning supplies
- Provide refreshments for meetings and guests as required
- Assist with basic data entry and record keeping
- Support administrative staff in preparing for meetings or events

Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Social Science or any other relevant field of study.
