Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Logistics Manager

Job Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans
• Control and optimize logistics costs
• Supervise and manage logistics team
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers
• Analyze and report logistics-related data.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of logistics management experience, with at least 2 years of experience as a Logistics Manager
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or related fields
• Familiarity with logistics management processes and supply chain management principles
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in logistics management software, such as WMS, TMS, etc.
• Familiarity with logistics regulations and international trade rules
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle logistics-related issues and emergencies independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English, with ability to communicate with international clients and suppliers
• Ability to read and understand logistics-related documents and contracts

Other Requirements:

• Strong adaptability and pressure tolerance
• Ability to travel and work overtime
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
