Century Industrial FZE is a top leading company in the manufacturing company that produces sanitary wares, baby diapers and wipes. We have branches both in VI, Lagos and Igbesa, Ogun State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Logistics Supervisor
Job Location: Igbesa, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all shipping, receiving, and distribution operations
• Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, customer service, and cost savings
• Manage the logistics staff and coordinate scheduling and workloads
• Track order fulfillment, and investigate and resolve discrepancies

Major Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• At least 5 years of prior experience in a supervisory role in logistics or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and distribution processes and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

• He must know at least strong and registered 15-20 transporters of which each must have capacity to provide 20-30 trucks of different capacity.
• He must be conversant with all the Nigerian geo-political zones and access roads.
• Must be within the age range of 30-40 years.
• Ability to speak more than 1Nigerianlanguagewill be an added advantage.
