About Your New Job

  • Improve customer experience, enable profitable business growth and sustainability by supporting the BUs to execute the Logistics Strategy, focusing on deployment and scale up of automation and new innovative technologies in Logistics.
  • Enable the implementation of Logistics digital transformation roadmap.

Your New Key Responsibilities

  • Support the BUs, as an active project team member, with the deployment of the key innovation solutions and adoption of automation and new technologies focusing on:  Storage, Handling & Picking Automation/assisted-Reality Picking; Logistics Digital Twin & AI Predictive Analytics; Real Time Visibility & Integrated Logistics Control Tower capabilities; Outdoors AEVs and Drones.
  • Collaborate with local operations (Projects Lead), Group Engineering (Civil Engineering Manager), Group DTPS (WH and Distribution Product Managers) and Procurement (SPM Logistics) to secure the key projects execution in line with the agreed digital transformation roadmap/BU.
  • Help the BUs to create the business cases for key projects, in line with the Group standards. Secure the compliance with Logistics digital transformation strategy.
  • During ABP process help with the automation and new technologies solutions annual deployment plan alignment with BUs and Group DTPS.
  • Develop and maintain the collaboration with the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for the key strategic technologies. Perform regular performance follow-ups for the key strategic installations.
  • Ready to take short assignments and lead key strategic projects during the transition phase in case of governance disruptions.
  • Flexible to travel without limitations for meeting OEMs representatives on site during projects execution.

Are These Your Secret Ingredients?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation or other relevant field; Master‘s degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in logistics supply chain management deploying automation or software technology solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with a successful track record of implementing innovative technologies.
  • Familiarity with Logistics digital transformation trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align projects with broader business objectives.
