Job Position: Managing Director

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ensure the bank complies with all regulatory and legal requirements while maintaining strong governance practices.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulators, shareholders, and key clients.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring sustainable profitability and efficient cost.
• Strong understanding of the microfinance space and network.
• Most be MCP certified.

Major Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or professional qualification preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, financial markets, and risk management frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
