We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing and Sales Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the Sales and Marketing activities for the company’s apartment section in line with sales targets
• Providing accurate and timely responses to client enquiries with a view to converting enquiries to sales
• Promote sales through advertisements, listing services and paid campaigns
• Ensure that all promotional and pitch materials meet up with international quality standards
• Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

Requirements

• First Degree / Advanced Degrees accepted in Marketing or Sales related course
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience in Marketing, Real estate or Hospitality organization
• Experience in property development or PR related organizations is a requirement
• Out of country experience either through education or employment a plus
