We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing and Social Media Assistant

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage our content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Shoot, edit, and publish engaging content (reels, stories, photos, campaigns).
• Contribute ideas and strategies to grow reach, engagement, and sales.
• Handle influencer outreach, gifting, and brand collaborations.
• Track performance and suggest optimizations.
• Work directly with the founder to tell powerful, culture-rich brand stories.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social trends and the ability to adapt them to a brand voice.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with paid ads and e-commerce (Shopify, Meta Ads).
• Comfort with shooting/editing tools (phone, Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
• Passion for fashion, culture, and sustainability.
