These includes real estate development and management, facility management, land sales, loans and investments, trucking services, supply chain management, courier services, poultry farming, among others.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing Executive

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Close new business deals by coordinating and negotiating contracts with prospects
• Prospect and market company’s product to new customers
• Develop plans to expand the client base through direct sale technique, cold calling and business-business marketing technique
• Recommend and execute promotional activities including product launches and marketing campaigns
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop company’s unique selling propositions.

Requirements

• Must have Bsc/BA or HND
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant post NYSC work experience
• A real estate experience is an added advantage
• Experience in marketing is an added advantage
• Great knowledge of the real estate sector
• Available to resume within a short period.

Attractive salary and commission on any sale made.
