Job Position: Marketing Executive

Job Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suits them
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
• Display and market real properties to possible buyers
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any related field with 1-2 years of experience
• Proven working experience as a marketer/Real Estate agent
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track of successful sales record will be added advantage
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• MS Office familiarity.
