Description

• Our Real Estate & PropTech company is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, and capable of driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and marketing growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage social media platforms, content creation, and online engagement to strengthen brand presence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, content development, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in digital marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM platforms, or similar).
• Excellent creativity, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Experience in real estate or PropTech is an added advantage.
