Xclu6if Homes and Properties Limited is real estate company located in Lagos Southwest Nigeria. It commenced operations in the year 2021 with primary focus on property development, land sale, property management, property intermediation and any other real estate related transactions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing Executive / Realtor
Job Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

• Identify and connect with potential clients (buyers, investors, and sellers).
• Guide clients through property selection based on their preferences and budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Property Marketing and Promotion

• Market available land and built properties using online platforms (e.g., PropertyPro, PrivateProperty, social media).
• Create and distribute marketing materials like flyers, videos, and virtual tours.
• Organize open houses or site inspections for prospective buyers.

Sales and Negotiation:

• Present and explain property features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
• Close deals and ensure proper documentation is handled.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Assist clients with legal documentation and ensure all regulatory requirements are met (e.g., title verification, land documentation like C of O, Governor’s Consent).
• Liaise with lawyers, surveyors, and government agencies as needed.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Monitor real estate trends and pricing in Lagos.
• Advise clients on market conditions, investment potential, and risks.

Site Coordination:

• Coordinate site visits and inspections for both undeveloped land and completed buildings.
• Ensure properties are ready and well-presented for inspection.

Customer Support:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints.
• Offer after-sales support and guide clients through the development or relocation process if needed.

Team Collaboration:

• Work with marketing, legal, and field staff to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Share feedback from clients to improve company offerings and services.
