Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager / Business Development Executive with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in driving business growth.
• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years post-NYSC experience, be above 30 years of age, and possess the ability to develop and implement effective marketing and business strategies that improve brand visibility, increase revenue, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients through effective negotiation and relationship management.
• Oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness.
• Create and manage business proposals, presentations, pitches, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and business initiatives to ensure optimal ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
• Supervise and mentor junior marketing or sales team members (where applicable).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of post-NYSC experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
• Must be 26 years or older.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and business strategies.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Solid experience with digital marketing tools and analytics (an advantage).
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent presentation, proposal-writing, and reporting skills.

Salary & Benefits

• N300,000 – N500,000 Monthly, depending on experience and capability.
