Job Position: Marketing Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time (On-site)

Job Summary

  • Marketing Officers cultivate business relationships with existing and new customers.
  • The job holder is responsible for prospecting, selling, converting and maintaining new customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer acquisition through the creation of new accounts
  • Effectively manage existing accounts and portfolio
  • Grow liability and quality risk assets in line with budget
  • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Build a working referral marketing system
  • Evaluate credit applications to determine the eligibility and acceptability rating
  • Monitors loan accounts and ensure collection of all due repayments

Qualification / Skills

  • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any field
  • 2-5 years of microfinance banking experience
  • Evidence of completion/exemption from NYSC
  • Sound Credit analysis and credit assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office
  • Problem solving skills
