Job Position: Marketing Operations Executive
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Purpose

• The Marketing Operations Executive will support the efficient execution of marketing initiatives by managing workflows, campaign tracking, vendor coordination, and budget control.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in optimising marketing processes to enhance overall effectiveness within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
• Maintain and regularly update the integrated marketing calendar
• Manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, and procurement processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign execution
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular dashboards and reports
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget in line with financial policies.
• Optimize the use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand guidelines in all marketing activities

• Timely, error-free campaign execution
• Budget accuracy and efficient spend management
• On-time delivery of reports and dashboards
• Streamlined processes with fewer bottlenecks
• High satisfaction levels among internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2 – 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign coordination
• Strong organizational, analytical, and process management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
• Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Experience in or exposure to the manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.

Salary
N550,000 - N600,000 Monthly
