We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing Operations Supervisor
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• He / she should always exceed customers’ expectations and make sure all enquiries are sorted, obtaining confirmation from customers that are not satisfied.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers make the best choice
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Inform customers about new books, titles and all new things
• Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are attended to and resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Marketing teams
• Call to just check up on customers
• Keep records of all customers.

Requirements

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 Monthly.
