Metallurgical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

• Hard core experience and technical knowledge of cater for billet 
• Trouble shooting in procure line.
• Inspection of finished goods finished goods
• Quality assurance and  physical inspection clarity
• Work closely with plant and quality assurance personnel reverie product quality consistency while monitoring yield rates and wastage to determine trench and area of improvement.
•  Ensuring process control for re-bar and closely coordinating with operation dept. to maximum production.
• Doing rejection analysis and giving feedback to operation team.
• Develop and maintained client relationship.
• Most have all the needed excellent problem-solving skills to determine innovative ways to improve processes and resolve issues related to manufacturing and design.
• Most be able to communicate with their teams and prepare reports related to their findings during and after production process.
• Comply with all corporate integrity and safety policies
• And any other duty assigned by the Head of department.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: - BSC/B.TECH and HND

EXPERIENCE: - One to Two Years of experience. Please note that experience in Steels industry will be added advantage.
