Our source of energy ensures conservation of energy and quick power supply for immediate utilization for end users. O J Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited was registered on 24th of April 2015 with the Corporate Affairs Commission. However, we have been in the Solar energy business since 2010 (10 years ago), while Battery Hunters Limited as subsidiary was registered on 19th July, 2019.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Inventory Officer

Job Location: Mafoluku - Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ensuring the warehouse operations are in a way that best suits the company’s vision and policies.
• Overseeing receipts and proper storage of warehouse products, Controlling and verifying the inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling with the data system.
• Maintaining the warehouse’s physical conditions such as general cleanliness, organization layout and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilization.
• Safeguarding the warehouse’s contents by establishing procedures and protocols for proper storage practices and working directly with the Sales Officers across all our branches to oversee and prioritize the distribution of outcome orders.
• Monitoring the movement of Goods in Transit and ensure that both the Waybill and stock/goods are delivered to the right destination from the sources.
• Daily monitoring and follow up through phone call to other depot in order to maintain records accuracy.
• Coordinate the Stocks Loading Records for scrap supply and monitor the delivery to their destination.
• Ensuring regular and daily posting of Waybill across all the branches.
• Carrying out monthly stocks assessment and as necessary across all the branches through the platform, stock books and system checking for accuracy in comparison.
• Receiving new stocks from our importing Logistics Service Providers, storing and issuing materials within the warehouse.
• Producing reports and statistics regularly as at whenever it is needed.
• Give feedback to the Account Department and Auditor for proper update.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 4 years of relevant wok experience.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

2.) Purchasing Officer

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Cross River, Kaduna, and Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Ensure all customers are attended to within short period of time in a professional manner.
• Scale all scraps batteries from suppliers and record same (both Kg/Pcs) to avoid discrepancy.
• Prepare cash payment vouchers for every scrap transaction documented and approved for payment.
• To facilitate the discovery of Scraps or fairly used battery which are classify as tested OK and confirmed their quality.
• To coordinate the arrangement of Scrap Battery in the Warehouse properly and Assist where necessary in arranging them.
• To ensure that all water in the battery are properly and well drain before purchasing takes place.
• To monitor the Scaling Machine condition on daily basis for accurate scaling and recording.
• Keep and track the stocks level through accurate stocks keeping records for both Inverter and Okada/UPS Battery
• Reconcile all cash received and retire all unspent cash on daily basis.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products and out of stocks products.
• To ensure clean and friendly working environment at all time.
• To ensure all Scrap suppliers money are paid either through Cash, Transfer, POS and other means as approve by the Management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / SSCE
• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
• Smart and good with numbers.
• A female with sales or customer service experience preferred.
