Vineyard Stores is a newly established convenience store, created to provide quick, easy, and reliable access to everyday essentials for customers on the move. The store offers a carefully selected range of groceries, snacks, beverages, and household items, designed to meet the daily needs of motorists and nearby residents.

As a new store, we are focused on efficiency, good customer service, accurate stock control, and a clean, well-organized shopping environment. Our goal is to become the preferred stop-in convenience store at the station by delivering speed, quality, and consistency in every customer interaction.

Job Position: Store Manager

Job Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are hiring an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily supermarket operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth store performance.
• The ideal candidate must have strong retail experience and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supermarket operations
• Supervise and coordinate store staff (clerks, admin, data entry)
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and properly arranged
• Monitor daily sales and prepare basic reports
• Handle customer complaints and escalations
• Ensure compliance with store procedures and controls.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Minimum of 2–5 years of retail/supermarket experience
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Basic understanding of stock movement and sales
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
