1.) Business Technology Analyst

Accountabilities

• Help balance business requirements with technical feasibility

• Recommends changes in business process in place of complex solutions where possible
• Creation of business solutions from analysis of simple to complex datasets.
• Championing activities that can funnel innovative ideas to the department
• Synthesis of out-of-the-world tech ideas to solve current and future business problems.
• Documentation of business cases to evaluate new ideas and concepts i.e. “as is” processes and “to-be” process flows
• Documentation of data flow diagrams, flowcharts .i.e. communication of ideas to application developers
• Evaluation of solutions presented by app developers to ensure they meet requirements
• Communicate effectively and persuasively in a business context
• Supports team goals and perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Business Innovation Manager

Minimum Qualification

• University Degree (Preferably in Computing, Engineering or Management Sciences)
• 2 - 5 years of cognate (Post-NYSC) working experience in a similar role
• Experience soliciting, gathering and analysing user input and requirements. Experience with data querying and data mapping work
• Experience documenting user stories/requirements, and creating to-be process flow diagrams.

2.) Financial Reporting & Tax Manager

Job Identification: 151

Accountabilities
General Financial Accounting:

• Ensure that Accounting policies, guidelines for recording financial transaction, prudent accounting 
• principles (in consultation with the CFO) and accounting standards applicable as per statutory requirements of company law are framed and followed 
• Oversees the preparation of Final Accounts, other regular review reports 
• Ensures proper maintenance of General Ledger accounts 
• Conduct periodic reviews of the organisation’s accounting policies & procedures and update where necessary 
• Responsible for periodic book keeping review 
• Supervise the reconciliation activities and financial close activities 
• Ensure the maintenance of accounting controls.

Treasury Management:

• Bank and Cash management 
• Interest rate risk management 
• Develop policies and strategies for evaluating different investment opportunities. 
• Liquidity management 
• Funding 
• Exchange rate risk management 
• Review investment proposals prepared and forward to CFO for investment decisions. 

Investments and Fixed Assets Accounting:

• Review the proposals for capital expenditure as per his delegation of power (DOP) 
• Maintain Fixed Assets records and reconciliations.

Inventory Accounting: 

• Ensure correct and accounting for inventory.

Training and Development:

• Conduct Performance appraisal and identifying specific training and skill requirements for officers directly reporting to him 
• Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by Director from time to time.

Others:

• Monitor department’s performance through Key Performance Measures. 
• Ensure provision of adequate resources for various activities of the department 
• Other Administrative responsibilities 
• Identify training needs of officials and arrange to provide the same. 
• Carry out any other duties as requested by the CFO/ CEO of the company 

Minimum Requirements

• Chartered Accountant, MBA will be an advantage, with minimum 15 years of experience in the field of Finance & Accounting and Financial Management, Banking, Cash, Treasury management etc, and at least 5 years in management position.

3.) Creative Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualisation and implementation of audio/visual (creatives, photography, videography) application of brand’s persona across all touch points and locations
• Coordinate all aspects of production, including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving colour, copy, text format separations, and scaling images for production across different media
• Collaborate with Strategy/HR/Business Leads/Directors Office to create powerful and innovative messaging through infographics, photography, PowerPoint presentations and videos
• Carry out SEO post-mortems to optimize & improve the quality of activations
• Lead the production of materials to be used across-the-board to engage both internal and external stakeholders – Logos, Documentaries, Videos, Photo stories, Interview clips, animations, graphs, maps, charts, posters, presentation templates, corporate souvenirs, banner, signs, signages, and report covers; etc.
• Establish and set corporate visual branding standards for all internal and external marketing communications as well as update brand manual and all BTL and ATL audio-visual brand assets for online and traditional applications
• Manage corporate branding and re-branding, redesign logo, and document branding standards and guidelines; and produce custom HTML for PR and e-Commerce marketing campaigns
• Organize copy flow and maintains database/bibliographic/archival retrieval system of all references used in creation and storage of all audio-visual brand assets and published materials.
• Lead audio-visual transition into the metaverse with a wide range of media optimisation and computer-aided design (CAD)
• Lead production of commercials, films, exhibitions (virtual and physical), and animations to reinforce brand positioning
• Manage budget, including invoicing, tracking project expenditures and assisting in budget development by summarizing, researching and analysing past project expenditures
• Handle copyright, reprint, and permission processes.
• Envisaging and interpreting the audio/visual direction for various subsidiaries/department and develop appropriate strategy accordingly
• Lead monthly and Quarterly reporting on performance/impact of audio-visual activations.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Adept with all forms of social media and platforms, including Twitter, Threads, Facebook and Instagram, Linkedin
• Deploying Ai seamlessly to optimize output.
• Expert knowledge utilizing full optimization of Adobe creative suite, Canva, and various 3-D software platforms a plus.
• Expert knowledge of photography and videography: strategy, capturing, editing
• Mac and Windows environments
