Job Title: Account Assistant

Location: Apo Legislative Quarters, Abuja

Job Description

  • As an Accounts Assistant, you will be a part of the Accounts department. You will assist accounting officials and senior management in recording, reporting and managing company’s finances.
  • You will also be required to provide administrative support and suggest ways for improving the overall accounting process of the company to Senior Accountants.

Responsibilities


  • To manage day to day operations of the accounts department
  • To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner
  • To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed
  • To enforce credit control
  • To complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actions
  • To allocate cash to different departments / divisions and ensure that the direct staff complies with it
  • To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  • To maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts
  • To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports

Qualification

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND qualification

 

Job Title: IT and Accountant Support Officer (NYSC) 

Location: Apo Legislative Quarters, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Are you Corper seeking to gain experience and to earn alongside your federal allowance and have a background in IT? Stable EPC is recruiting to fill the position of an IT Support Officer.
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either, either face to face or over the phone, to help set up systems or solve issues.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Replace parts are required.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Follow diagrams written instruction to repair a fault or set up a system.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
  • Work continuously on a task unit completion (Or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
  • Test and evaluate new technology.
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  • Maintain tailored software platforms.

Requirement

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.

 

Job Title: IT System Administrator

Location: Apo Legislative Quarters, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Qualifications

  • The person should be a Degree or HND Holder in Computer Science or Information Tech with at least 10 years experience
  • The person should be able to configure and carry out necessary installation on a new Computer System/Servers.
  • The person she be conversant with Desktop Publishing Packages/Application, e.g.: Microsoft Office, Corel Draw, Adobe ETC.
  • Should have experience in web Design/Development, using HTML, CSS, JAVA, JAVA Script, C++ and Visual Basic.
  • Must be able to Manage LAN(Wired and Wireless Connection) CCNA certified.
  • Installation and configuration of Switches(Managed and Unmanaged Switches)
  • Installation and configuration of Routers/Access Points
  • Sharing of LAN resources
  • Must be able to carry out hardware Assembling, Installation, Maintenance and repairs.
