1.) IT Analyst

Job Purpose

  • Key to the role is to understand the key interfaces into Global IT Innovation, Service Lines & Service Delivery within scope of responsibility and to work effectively with these teams in the delivery of IT Services to the business.
  • The IT Analyst must understand the plans for IT in the area of responsibility and be responsible for landing them effectively while communicating these within business teams.
  • The role acts as a partner to the business and support in landing best use of IT to deliver business efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities
Business Partnering:

  • Engage with business teams within his/her area of responsibility to communicate and scope the IT plan aligned with overall IT plan.

Innovation Activation:

  • Undertake activation activities for Global IT Innovation & Service Line activation programs as required by IT Manager.
  • Undertake the relevant project execution activities to support Local Growth Programs working with Service Lines in the delivery of these projects.

Legacy & Heritage Services:

  • Undertake the necessary activities to provide L2/3 support for L&H applications within area of responsibility.
  • Work with Global Innovation to provide necessary integration activities with L&H applications to support Global innovation programs.
  • Undertake the necessary project management and application development activities for L&H Innovation projects within scope responsibilities.
  • Work with local vendors in delivery of application management of L&H Applications.
  • Assist with communication and resolution of Incidents for L&H applications
  • Input to review of L&H services within area of responsibility and help develop action plans for these.
  • Undertake necessary activities to ensure achievement of L&H service improvement plans within area of responsibility.

IT Cost, Procurement & Controls:

  • Assist with processing of actual costs as required within area of responsibility and tracks and ensures payment to local vendors.
  • Assist with input of cost drivers to budget process including assisting in IT hardware and software requirement planning and budgeting.
  • Supports hardware and software asset management activities as appropriate within area of responsibility.
  • Supports process for procurement of computer hardware and software consumables as required within scope of responsibilities.

Compliance & DRP:

  • Adhere to governance & compliance framework.
  • Support Execution of DRP plans as appropriate within area of responsibility.

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Work with 3P in Geography as appropriate.
  • Deliver activities to best leverage IT within area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Degree of similar qualification, proven track record in delivery of IT projects in similar industry and similar application landscape.
  • Exposure to SAP ERP and major modules including FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, WM, APO, etc.
  • Experience/Exposure of information and analytics systems.
  • Experience/Exposure to digital transformation technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning.
  • Experience/Exposure with Ecommerce (D2C , B2B).
  • Experience/Exposure in a distributive sales environment.
  • Experience/Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform

2.) Material Planner

Job Purpose

  • The MRP lead and local material planner is critical to the delivery of supply chain business commitments which means consistency with service across all Brands down to SKU level.
  • The Material Planner manages Raw and/or Packaging material call-offs to ensure adequate cover for the production plan and manages stocks within working capital targets.
  • Also needs to ensure that both Suppliers and Supplier Management understand material requirements while coordinating and planning the delivery of materials to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery of stock.
  • The role involves analyzing inventory levels, forecasting, and liaising with suppliers to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production related environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and business-related applications including ERP systems
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in supply chain management.

3.) Consumer Market Insight Manager, Africa

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Contribute to delivering our mission as the lead business partner to a cross-functional team, reshaping the future of Beauty & Personal Care. This will require you to distil, ideate and provoke highly senior business partners – be that in Marketing, Customer, Strategy, and CD.
  • Support on Category deep dives of opportunity and performance, Market & category development, 6P analysis support and diagnostic deep dives, and setting plus delivering research plans for innovations, will be under your remit.
  • While most of your work will be on division specific projects, you will work with other CMI managers and the Africa CMI Head, to flow to value on key projects as well as support where needed any pan-BG deliverables.
  • You are a BUSINESS leader, and not just a CMI leader. Your responsibility is to the entire B&W and PC business, both informing and deciding actions to drive top and bottom-line growth for the category.

What You Will Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Consumer Market Insight experience
  • Experience in CD, marketing and/or finance would be a plus.
  • Strong communication and presenting skills.
  • Good understanding of retail & channel landscape in the division and in Africa
  • Demonstrable track record of outstanding partnership with business partners and stakeholders, communication, OTIF delivery, strong point of view, identification of growth opportunities
  • BPC category experience, as well as Africa cluster experience, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Think strategically – ability to design, develop and land research with impact
  • Fully operational or leading edge on marketing & research fundamentals (e.g. 6Ps; project management through the funnel; testing guidelines; new methods; deployment tracking).
