We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations (Gen) - Warehouse Supervisor II

Job Location: QIT, Akwa Ibom 
Employment Type: Contract

Main Functions

• Supervises warehouse activities.
• Maintains records and schedules.
• Secures warehouse and supervises warehouse staff.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining workers.
• Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, resolving problems, and identifying warehouse system improvements.
• Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
• Manages Warehouse First Line Supervisors to efficiently deliver safe, reliable and profitable operations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5-9 years work experience and must have at least 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Management/ supervision of resources, safety management, attention to detail, prior warehouse or manufacturing experience.
