Job Summary

• The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all catering operations to ensure efficiency, quality service delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering operations and service execution.
• Supervise kitchen, logistics, and service teams.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
• Manage operational budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate event catering logistics and staffing.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree / NCE / OND .
• Age: 35 – 40 years.
• 3 – 6 years proven experience in catering operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly (based on experience and competence).
