Job Description

• Are you a seasoned sales professional ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-growing financial cooperative?
• SylvastarCOOP is hiring a Coop Manager / Sales Manager with deep expertise in cooperative finance and a strong sales background.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales and business development team.
• Drive performance in loan disbursements and fixed deposit growth.
• Expand Foodstash adoption and user base.
• Design and execute effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and report team performance and KPIs.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role (Cooperatives, MFBs, or Financial Institutions).
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Loan Products (especially Personal & IPPIS Loans)
• Fixed Deposit Services
• Foodstash (Grocery Savings Platform)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and result-oriented skills.

Salary
Industry standard and negotiable, based on experience and value offered.
