Job Position: Operations Manager (Female)
Job Location: Ago Palace Way, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Operational Management:

• Oversee daily bakery operations, including order processing, production scheduling, and inventory control.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels, manage procurement, and minimize wastage to optimize costs.

Team Leadership & Staff Management:

• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
• Set clear expectations, conduct performance reviews, and resolve conflicts professionally.

Customer & Quality Focus:

• Maintain excellent product knowledge to guide customers and upsell creatively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative designs/techniques.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:

• Handle customer complaints tactfully and implement corrective actions.
• Make quick, effective decisions during peak hours or event deadlines.

Financial & Inventory Control:

• Monitor expenses, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Conduct regular stock audits and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any related field of study
• 1 -3  years of experience in a cake outlet, food outlet or any related industries.
• Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and basic financial tracking.
• Expertise in sugar craft will be an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 / month
