Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee the daily activities of our in Instrumentation, Caliberation and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) operations.
• The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in operations management, project coordination, and resource planning, with the ability to adapt quickly to the technical requirements of the Oil and Gas serviceindustry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operational activities within the system.
• Liaise with different stakeholers on the project performance to ensure optimization of skills.
• Develop strategic business efficiency pathways and ensure implementation to the latter.
• Coodrinate the entire operations team and presence industry standard employee development and engagement template to Senior Management
• Plan and coordinate all day-to-day operations and field activities with Supersivors and leads.
• Design efficient resource allocation framework andmanpower needs, logistics, for projects.
• Develop appropriate employeeadherence pathways with HR for employee compliance withto company policies,
• Create the best relationship mechnism for effective client management system.
• Build and liasie with Company's HSSE Departmentto ensure compliance with standards at all times.
• Track project progress, generate reports, and resolve operational challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients for timely service delivery.
• Mentor and supervise operational staff to uphold professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in only Sciences related fields, Engineering and Technology.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in operations, project supervision and Knowledge of NDT workspace/process will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Willingness to learn NDT industry practices and standards.

Salary
N250,000 / Month (Slightly negotiable).
