Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily activities across all retail locations, optimizing processes, managing inventory and logistics, supervising staff performance, and improving operational efficiency to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations across all Mobo’s Fashion stores
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Oversee inventory, warehouse activities, stock transfers, and replenishment
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Align operations with sales objectives to improve store productivity and turnover
• Lead, train, monitor, and evaluate operations and retail staff
• Implement loss-prevention strategies and operational cost-control measures
• Coordinate store maintenance, mall liaison, and facility management
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance and operational reports
• Identify and implement process improvements across departments

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3 – 6+ years of experience in retail operations (fashion retail experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse coordination
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
• Tech-savvy (POS, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, inventory software)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary Range
N200,000 – N400,000/month (based on experience & qualifications).
