We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Mende, Maryland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all daily security operations across all sites.
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor security personnel effectively.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle incident reports, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Manage duty rosters, leave schedules, and staff discipline.
  • Ensure proper training, retraining, and development of security personnel.
  • Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to management.
  • Work closely with HR, Training, and Sales teams to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in security operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of security procedures, risk assessment, and incident management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Military, paramilitary, or law enforcement background is an added advantage.
