Job Description

• As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you are responsible for making sure the restaurant runs smoothly. You will hire and train staff following the company’s policies. In addition, you speak with customers about any concerns or problems, while also creating work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Report on management regarding result and productivity
• Cross country travel may be required.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Business Administration; hospitality management or relevant field
• Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience as an Operations manager

Salary

• N300,000 - N450,000 monthly (Net)
