Job Position: Operations Manager (Proptech)
Job Location: Lagos
Background: Real Estate, PropTech
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and meet company objectives in the proptech industry.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, ensuring they meet their goals and uphold company standards.
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining.
- Manage and optimize the budget for operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
- Ensure that all operations meet legal and regulatory standards and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the proptech or real estate technology industry.
- Strong leadership and management experience, including team development and performance management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
Salary
N400,000 / month.
