They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with program managers to ensure timely delivery of services and resources to participants.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a non-profit or youth development organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
