Job Position: Operations Officer 
Job Location: Lagos

Brief

• You will expected to contribute in creating policies, processes and strategies that help the firm to run efficiently and profitably.

Job Specifications

• Must posses minimum of B.Sc in any of the Science, Business/Commercial related fields,
• Good communication skills:
• A knowledge of any of the ISO management system standards or OHS will be an advantage.
• Fluent and articulate
• Good Oral, written and representation skills
• Problem identification and solution skills:
• Analytical thinking and detailed.
• Good team player- Project Management team member
• Leadership & Relationship Management Skills
• Change agent
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work confidently with C-Level Management
• Identification and solution skills
• Analytical thinking and detailed.
• Short learning curves
• Willingness to travel at short notices will be an added advantage. 
• 2- 5 years work experience
