Ascentech Services Limited - Our client, a multinational company in the Agro business, is recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Procurement Manager
Job Location: Ikom, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Role and responsibilities would be as follows:

• Managing relations with our existing cocoa suppliers and finding new suppliers also
• Local Naira based procurement of cocoa to be scaled up significantly
• Monitoring default risk on O/S contracts
• Monitoring credit exposure during pre-financing cycles
• Monitoring stock and quality of cocoa in the warehouse
• Completing all the paperwork required to evacuate produce to port city
• Be well versed in WH ops related to cocoa

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
• Previous work experience in agric commodities (5+ years) with proven track record in procurement
• Should preferably be native of Ikom.
