Production Supervisor

Lush Juices is currently seeking Application from suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Position: Production Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

• This position reports to the Manager
• Purchase of produce and raw materials
• Process produce
• Follow and comply with established procedures, including recipes, health, and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices
• Operate and sanitize equipment (juicers, blenders) in a safe and proper manner
• Set up, break down, & clean work areas & other areas of the store daily
• Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the factory
• Monitor working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment for the factory
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of malfunctioned equipment
• Ensuring that food manufacturing processes conform with government, processing, consumer and industry standards

Qualification

• A minimum requirement of HND in Food Technology or any related field.
