Production Supervisor for a Fashion Design company

A growing fashion house specialized in ready to wear, bespoke tailoring, made to order, in the Victoria area of Lagos is looking to hire an experienced Production supervisor to ensure that everything prodution goes seemlessly. other duties include:

• Supervise general production staff and area
• check that everything produced is to specification and to international quality and standard
• Handle quality control/ quality checks: Examine the finished product carefully and look for flaws in them
• Ensure that finished clothing’s are properly labelled and packaged according to company standard of packaging these apparels
• Ensure that all the production targets are met
• Is able to sew and step in when required

Other Requirements

• High level sewing and pattern making skills is an added advantage
• Must have attention to details, and an eye to sport errors from the start in order to avoid them and put up corrective measures
• Must be highly disciplined and strict, with a no-nonsense attitude
• Must be goal and target driven with people skills
