Job Position: Production Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.
• Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to streamline production processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in plastic manufacturing or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
