Job Summary


  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.
  • Manage project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation in accordance with project plans.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and deliverables.
  • Enforce compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Resolve conflicts, delays, or issues that may arise during construction.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and materials in line with specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) is an advantage.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Knowledge of safety and quality control standards.
  • Must be willing to travel to project sites and work extended ours when required.
