Job Position: Project Manager

Job Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Ogun, Osun, and Oyo
Job type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Role Overview

• The Project Manager at Crescita Solutions will be responsible for leading end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to completion.
• This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and client goals.
• The Project Manager will serve as the main bridge between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, making sure communication is clear and objectives are met.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating challenges before they arise.
• Beyond timelines and budgets, this role focuses on driving collaboration across design, development, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality outputs that create measurable impact.
• The Project Manager will also champion the adoption of agile methodologies, streamline processes, and ensure continuous improvement in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans and schedules.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide status reports.
• Ensure quality control throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum) is an advantage.
