Job Position: Project Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, assigning tasks and responsibilities and monitoring performance.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, addressing any legal or regulatory issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Secure necessary resources, such as land, permits, financing, and materials, to support project objectives.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively address schedule conflicts or delays.
• Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns or issues as they arise.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experienceas a project manager or project engineer, preferably in real estate development or construction
• Knowledge of Risk Management
• Analytical skill
• Cost control and Budgeting skill
• Ready to Resume work immediately
