We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Project Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Confirm informations given regarding designs, structure specifications, materials color, equipment, estimated cost and construction time.
• Take and confirm measurements on site.
• Inspect works done on site and give detailed reports to the director
• Act as supervisor on work site.
• Prepare site manual.
• Act as the company’s representative on site.
• Liaise with the customers on behalf of the company only on issues of works been done on site.
• Taking measurements required for amendment and production purposes.
• Work harmoniously with the Architectural and Production department.
• Be proactive especially with information’s between customers and the company.
• Act timely in dealing with issues regarding complaints by customer .
• Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction and installation to ensure compliance with plans.
• Consult with customer to determine functional and special requirements of structure.
• Integrate engineering element into unified design.
• Carry out any other duty not expressly stated but deemed necessary to the overall benefit of the company.
