Job Summary
Our client is seeks to fill the role of PM/Estimator. The primary responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with clients to identify their project needs and provide an estimate for work to be done; bearing company’s profitability in mind
• Work with a group of technicians with expertise across dry-wall installation, plumbing, finished carpentry, painting and electrical installation services
• Monitor to ensure all projects are delivered to scope, quality and time.
• Prepare and send detailed job estimates to clients
• Work closely with clients, sub-contractors and technicians to ensure job requirements are met
• Coordinate client follow up process to ensure all leads are followed and no clients are left behind

Job Details

• This is an equal opportunities role and is open to all qualified candidates
• The role is 100% remote and is performance driven
• Pay is a monthly net of $500 with performance based commission
• Working hours are 1pm – 9pm WAT, 8AM-5Pm EST

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in construction estimating and sales
• Understand construction and how long it takes to complete typical construction activities
• Exceptional communication skills for North American audience
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for growth
• Ability to use computer software
• Sales, marketing and business development skills.
