Snowview Support Services Limited (SSSL) is a leading infrastructure support company headquartered in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, with core operations in telecommunications.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Project Officer
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise site build and civil upgrade projects from initiation to completion.
• Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare site activity plans, schedules, and progress tracking reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor construction of foundations, towers, shelters, fencing, and other civil works.
• Ensure strict adherence to engineering standards, specifications, and telecom operator requirements.
• Ensure use of proper PPE and safety practices by all site personnel.
• Report, document, and escalate safety incidents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on site-related matters.
• Carry out site inspections and enforce quality control procedures.
• Validate as-built documentation and ensure proper handover of completed sites.
• Enforce compliance with company and client HSE policies.
• Supervise contractors and ensure delivery according to contract terms.
• Coordinate with rigging, power, and transmission teams during site integration.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports with site photos to Client.
• Validate and sign-off contractor invoices, claims, and work completion reports.
• Process , signoff and get approvals of JCCs for all completed Jobs
• Ensure accurate filing of project documents and approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years  of experience in telecom infrastructure site build and civil works (mandatory).
• Proven track record in managing site build, tower erection, and civil upgrade projects.
• Strong knowledge of telecom site construction standards and quality requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project tracking tools.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2 or telecom-related trainings is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
