Description

• At WATT Renewable Corporation, we’re looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to execute assigned projects under the direction of the Head of Projects—owning scope, schedule, cost tracking, quality, and coordination across internal teams and external contractors.

Key outcomes:

• Projects delivered in line with approved scope and timelines
• Accurate tracking of progress, risks, and costs
• Clear, consistent reporting and documentation.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Track progress, budgets, risks, and change requests
• Ensure site execution aligns with technical and safety standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover.

Requirements

• 4 – 8 years of project management experience
• Experience delivering energy, infrastructure, or construction projects
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
• Structured, reliable, delivery-focused; communicates clearly and escalates early; comfortable working within defined systems and controls.
