1.) Hub Operations Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Relationships: Reports to: Hub Operations Sup. & Head, Parcel

Job Summary / Objective

• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Duties / Responsibilities or Technical Core Skills
Accountability:
Receiving goods into the warehouse and documenting them accordingly.

• Issuing goods from the warehouse and documenting the process accordingly.
• Seeing the effective arrangement/shelving/stacking/palletizing of goods in the inbound warehouse in an orderly and professional manner.
• Ensuring the security of goods in the warehouse.
• Coordinate and directly supervise the actual loading of waybills into the truck and bus.
• Periodic (DAILY) inventory checks and high-lighting/escalating old/forgotten waybills to the Cargo Head for appropriate action.

Equipment / Technology:

• Software, Personal Computer,
• Nature of Work: Ensure all shipments received in the warehouse are properly accounted for and well documented.
• Report all short-landed waybills within 3 hours of truck unloading.
• Speed in job delivery.
• Return the copy of PODs by email to the hub or Origin.

2.) Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are a leading logistics firm seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collection of payments owed to the organization, ensuring that receivables are accurately recorded, and maintaining the financial health of the company

Responsibilities

• Regularly reviewing and updating accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue payments and prioritize collection efforts.
• Ensuring the accurate receipt of payments from customers through various methods (e.g., checks, bank transfers, online payments).
• Regularly reconciling accounts receivable records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting in the month-end or year-end closing process by ensuring that all receivable transactions are accounted for.

Relevant work experience/Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc / B.Tech in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in auditing or internal controls, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must have completed the NYSC Program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Salary
N150,000 / month.

3.) Warehouse Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt of shipment parcels from hubs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Assess waybill shipments received and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Plan and coordinate the dispatch of waybill shipments to their designated destination.
• Supervise and coordinate the loading process at the loading bay to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Update waybill shipment records in the hub to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.
• Allocate waybill shipments appropriately based on destination and urgency.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of One (1) years of working experience in logistics industry.
• Must have completed the NYSC Program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks

Salary
N100,000 / month.
