Job Position: Operations Lead

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• As Operations Lead, you will lead manufacturing and operations, oversee supply chain, quality, and product development. You will ensure timely delivery, Good Manufacturing Practice/regulatory compliance, drive cost savings, and support faster product launches for local and international markets.

Key Requirements

• 5 – 8 years of operations experience in beauty/FMCG.
• Strong background in supply chain, production planning, inventory, and third party Logistics.
• Proven cost savings delivery without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of cosmetic/home fragrance regulations.
• Solid Quality Assurance / Quality Control and SOP implementation experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
