Description

• We are looking for a reliable and experienced Property Manager to oversee the smooth running of residential and commercial properties.
• This role requires hands-on supervision and a proactive approach to facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
• Ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times.
• Manage vendor relationships and supervise service providers (plumbers, electricians, cleaners, etc.).
• Keep accurate records of property expenses, repairs, and service schedules.
• Handle tenant concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor utilities, security, and overall property upkeep to reduce downtime and costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently.
• Familiarity with Lagos property management dynamics will be an added advantage.
